The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Gujranwala is a body corporate under section 3(2) of Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act 1976. BISE Gujranwala HSSC Inter Part-1 & Part-2 (First Year) Exams:

The Gujranwala Board conducts examination of Intermediate under its jurisdiction in the month of April, and sometimes in May in case of late examination, every year. Students are asked to bring their inter part-I and part-II class Roll Number slips in examination hall, no matter if students are taking annual or supplementary exams of HSSC combined or separately. The examination hall could be any school or college building declared by Gujranwala board in region.

The students who are not registered to Gujranwala board, are not eligible to take exams under board’s jurisdiction, either combined or separate, either as regular or private student. However, onnce they are enrolled in Bise Gujranwala, they are allowed to take admission to get second year class roll number slip. The role number slip mentioned date sheet of example by subjects, person’s name, father name, roll number, enrollment number, examination hall and some rules and regulations regarding examination.

At Intermediate level the Board awards six certificates, minimum in two years of duration if students do not get any supplementary or get fail in annual examination system:
